Plating
The process of our gold plating involves using a thick layer of 18 karat gold on brass as well as sterling silver base metals. The resulting pieces are then coated with an organic lacquer via an electric current. This technique helps seal the pieces for long lasting use. 
Avoid direct exposure to water, sweat or perfume.

Brass
Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc. We use only certified lead-free and nickel-free brass in our jewelry.

Sterling Silver
92.5 Sterling silver is an alloy which consists of 92.5% pure silver.

Gemstones
We only use high-quality semi-precious stones which are certified for authenticity. We use both, cabochon as well as faceted stones. 
To maintain lustre and shine, store pieces individually packed and avoid direct contact with rough surfaces.

Freshwater Pearls
We use cultured freshwater pearls from oysters and mussels. Each piece is carefully selected. Due to their sensitive nature make sure to avoid spraying perfumes directly on to the pieces. 

Charms
We use epoxy resin which, when mixed with hardener, produces a chemical reaction that changes it from a liquid form to a solid one. During this process, signature colors as well as infusions are created and added to the mix to give our pieces their unique look and feel. All pieces are finished with sandpaper then buff polished for their glossy appearance.

Most of our products are Ready-to-ship. We typically ship within 72hours / 3 business days from the time of order.

We take great care in ensuring high quality standards for our products and that they reach you in good condition. We ask that you go over the product details and size-chart carefully before making a purchase. Returns

At this time, ALL sales are final. Since we are strictly against wasteful production, we try and optimise our inventory as efficiently as possible. We highly encourage you to email us at info@shophannan.in with any prior questions or concerns regarding design or fit.

In case of any damage to the product(s), please refer to our exchange policy.

Refunds

Since returns are not accepted at this time, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. In special circumstances, please email us at info@shophannan.in. Once our team reviews the request, we will get in touch with you to sort any concerns you might have.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective/damaged. In such cases, our policy of free shipping will apply for the replacement. Send us an email at info@shophannan.in within 48 hours of receiving your product(s) and our team will review your request and get back to you. 

For all exchanges, we reserve the right to accept or decline your exchange request.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs. 2,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
