Medium Sized Monster

There are good films and then there are films that never leave you. For us, ICARUS was one of the best real films we’ve seen in a long, long time. Bryan Fogel, rightly winning an academy award for his movie, is intrepid in his pursuit of the truth in the world of systematic doping in competitive sport. The courage it takes for a man to go after an entire government inspires our block printed shirt, titled ‘Medium Sized Monster’. Many times during the movie, Dr. Grigory humorously calls Bryan a ‘medium sized monster’, since Bryan’s physical stature completely belies his proverbial balls of steel. Camouflaged buttons were developed using red resin powder, resembling the vast amounts of blood work that Bryan put himself through. These are finished with signature monster bite marks.
